We’re thrilled to be partnering with MassBio to offer free tickets for Ticket to Biotech Pro members to the 2025 Patient Advocacy Summit, taking place next Thursday, November 6th, at MassBio’s headquarters in Cambridge.

This half-day event brings together patients, advocates, and industry leaders to explore how patient stories are shaping the future of rare disease research.

You’ll hear from:

  • The Dion and Bailey families sharing their journeys with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy and the power of advocacy to drive awareness and progress.
  • Yelak Biru, former CEO of the International Myeloma Foundation, and Fatima Scipione, of Blueprint Medicines, in a keynote on how patient voices transform trial design and participation.
  • A closing panel, featuring a Boston Children's Hospital genetic counselor, a patient advocate, and T2B's Patient Advocacy & Engagement Roundtable Chair Mike Walsh, on how newborn screening can detect rare and treatable diseases before symptoms appear.
