Last Call: Peer-Coaching Cohort Lead Applications Close Tomorrow

Hi!

A quick reminder that applications to serve as a Cohort Lead for our 2026 Peer-Learning Practicum (PLP) close tomorrow (Wednesday, December 3rd). We’re looking for eight seasoned communicators who want to give back to the biopharma comms community by guiding one of our peer-coaching cohorts in the next cycle.

Program recap:

The PLP has become a signature T2B program because it creates space for honest, practical conversations across experience levels. Cohort Leads play a big role in making that work by shaping the dynamics, keeping discussions grounded, and creating an environment where everyone contributes.

​Apply to be a Cohort Lead​

You’re a strong fit if you have:

» 10+ years in life science communications
» A genuine interest in facilitating learning and connection
» Comfort leading a cohort that spans roles, specialties, and geographies
» An active T2B Pro membership

What you need to know:

  • Duration: February–June 2026
  • Format: Monthly virtual discussions (~1 hour)
  • Focus: Each session aligns with that month’s T2B theme, tying to Comm Convos and weekly discussions
  • Topics: Themes like building trust and securing strategic buy-in — the practical challenges we all navigate
