A Snapshot of 2025 by the Numbers

T2B Wrapped brings together the numbers that defined the year and the experiences that defined our community. Of note:

  • 1,400+ total community members across major biopharma hubs in the US and several abroad (membership nearly doubled in size this year!)
  • 2 out 3 members have 10+ years biopharma experience
  • Networking and idea exchange is cited as the #1 reason for joining T2B

Community Stories & Impact

Beyond the numbers, we’re focused on impact, from peers reuniting with former colleagues to strategic career pivots sparked by T2B conversations. So we spent the year collecting stories from members.

We’re proud to report that:

  • T2B connections have directly resulted in career shifts, new perspectives, and elevated strategic thinking.
  • Our members loved keeping the dialogue alive year-round, attending in-person events, roundtable-led sessions, peer convos, and everything in between, spanning topics from digital engagement to leadership influence.
  • Feedback loops this year shaped programming in real time, which means your voice helped define what came next. Keep it coming!

Looking Ahead to 2026

Today’s T2B Wrapped Comm Convo also previewed what’s on the horizon:

  • A 2026 programming roadmap with themes that progress our community's collective impact.
  • Roundtable focus areas and monthly conversation priorities designed to tackle the profession’s toughest challenges.
  • Early look at the next in-person Biopharma Comms Forum theme in June, plus extended community opportunities.

Our community’s engagement is what has given T2B such strong momentum. Again, THANK YOU to all of you for contributing your experience and perspective this year. We look forward to building on that foundation in 2026.
