Hi! The photo album from the Biopharma Comms Forum is ready to browse.
Thanks to Joe Sardone and Jygantic for capturing the day so well. Feel free to share any of the photos—they're for all of us. A picture tells 1,000 words (and we have 300 pictures!), but don't worry. I'll keep this short.About a tenth of our community was in Boston in person, which tells me something important. While these gatherings create real energy and connection, they're one piece of a bigger puzzle. The conversations that matter most happen year-round, and that's where I see our real strength. Walking through that room reminded me why we started this. Too many of us have felt isolated in roles that others don't quite understand. But when you put 200+ people together who get it—who've lived the same impossible timelines, navigated the same regulatory maze, celebrated the same small victories—something shifts. The forum validated that we're building something here at T2B that fills a real gap. I'm energized to keep this momentum going. The dialogue continues, the community grows, and the best conversations are still ahead of us. Thanks for being here, Lynnea P.S. - Our next forum, The Ripple Effect is going to be a virtual event on Thursday, September 18th. We'll explore how communicators can lead beyond comms, build stronger relationships, set clear boundaries and work sustainably – all without losing our voice. More details are coming soon, but in the meantime, save the date! |

I opened with a term I'd recently discovered—"post-labor future"—describing a world where AI doesn't just assist with tasks but takes over entire jobs. It sounds...

Hi! In last week's Comm Convo, we set out to answer the fundamental question, How do we move beyond delivering messages to creating genuine connection across every kind of border? Elizabeth Baxter (Mayo Clinic), Amri Johnson (Inclusion Wins), and Catherine Priestley (formerly AstraZeneca) brought us deep into the realities of global science communication—the moments when perfect translations fail, when assumptions crumble, and when curiosity becomes our most valuable currency. Here are our...
