Hi! Consider this email an interim newsletter this month. While we still have a packed edition of T2B Monthly coming your way late next week, we had too many updates right now to send individual emails out about all of them. Enjoy! 3️⃣ events🗓️ This Thursday, May 22nd (tomorrow): Signals, Scenarios, and StakesOur next Fullintel partnered seminar is happening at 1-1.30 p.m. ET tomorrow: Reputational risks can emerge quickly, disrupting programs, partnerships, and entire pipelines; but communicators who spot early signals and connect them to broader patterns will be better positioned to respond. This 30-minute session explores how to build resilience by mapping potential scenarios, tracking the right metrics, and aligning response strategies with organizational goals, using timely examples like the shifting GLP-1 narrative and the resurgence of measles to illustrate effective, proactive communication. This event is free for ALL T2B members. 🗓️ Next Week – Wednesday, May 28th: May Comm Convo, “Securing Strategic Buy-in"Moving a communications strategy from concept to execution often hinges on securing buy-in from the right people at the right time. Whether you're working with colleagues who helped shape the plan or navigating skeptical stakeholders, gaining alignment isn’t always straightforward. For this session, we’ll be joined by marcomms veterans Amanda Galgay, Bilal Lakhani, and Will Nolan, who’ll facilitate an exploration of how to identify the voices that carry weight, build support across functions, and maintain control of your strategy as it moves through layers of input, feedback, and approvals. This comm convo is complimentary for T2B Pro and Student community members: Log in to your T2B account and access your promo code here. Basic members can purchase an à la carte ticket for $40 (this grants access to the live event only, not the recording). 🗓️ More T2Bmeets coming soon!OK, these are not technically in May, but I had to make that “3, 2, 1” subject line work … Our next community networking mixer will be during ASCO in Chicago in less than two weeks! Hi! T2B’s Peer-Learning Practicum, or PLP, is one of the very first programs we started last year. The concept is simple: Match a veteran biopharma comms pro (the Cohort Lead) with a small group of fellow communicators for monthly conversations. We are now running the PLP every six months, and the first cycle of this year is almost finished. So, we’re kicking off the next cycle by locking in the Cohort Leads for July-December. We’ve had some great applications already, but we know there are...
