First Look at Our Biopharma Comms Forum Speakers

Hi!

Our 2nd Annual Biopharma Comms Forum is weeks away, and today we’re spotlighting a few of the leaders speaking as part of this year’s program.

One of the conversations we are most looking forward to is the "High Expectations, Finite Capacity" panel. This session is, quite simply, based on the mandate we all know too well: do more with less.

We're all doing a lot more -- supporting executive visibility, navigating AI disruption, responding faster, managing more channels, and contributing strategically across the business, to name a few -- but often, we're doing all this without additional resources or time. We’ll talk about how to make smarter decisions about where comms should lead, where work can be shared or streamlined, and how to recognize when “efficiency” is masking real risk to teams, priorities, and business outcomes.

Biopharma Comms Forum details:

Thursday, June 11th | The Alumni Center @ Northeastern University, Boston, MA

The program will feature panels (like the one mentioned above), case studies, keynotes, and peer discussions focused on some of the biggest challenges we've been hearing about from the community, including:

  • Trust, Influence, and the Staying Power to Lead (panel)
  • What the First AI in Biopharma Communications Survey Reveals (presentation)
  • What AI Makes More Valuable (panel)
  • Behind the Headlines of Sarepta’s Communications Strategy (case study with Tracy Sorrentino, VP, Corporate Affairs)
  • Building the Architecture of Clarity (closing keynote session with yours truly - me!)

Hi! Communicators in our industry these days are helping organizations earn trust, explain complexity, navigate scrutiny, and show the human judgment behind scientific progress. At our second annual Biopharma Comms Forum on June 11th, Karla MacDonald (Entrada Therapeutics), Marisol Mendez Peron (Genmab), and Laure Park (ParkEdge Consulting) will discuss how we build and protect that trust and influence, both inside and outside our organizations. One session among the full-day forum program on...

Hi! Knowing when to push back on a CEO. Building trust with stakeholders over years. Translating complexity in ways that require human context. This is a mere sampling of elements of our role as corporate affairs practitioners that AI can't do (at least, not yet). Following the rollout of our AI in Biopharma Comms Survey results at our second annual Biopharma Comms Forum on June 11th, we're convening a panel discussion with Nicole Fichera (CannonDesign), Jaren Madden (Schrödinger), and Kerry...
