We're Talking Agentic AI Tomorrow!

Hi!

T2B's Q3 AI Roundtable session tomorrow will explore how we communicators can move beyond prompting individual tasks, toward delegating multi-step workflows with AI.

From Prompting to Delegating: How Agentic AI Is Moving Strategic Communicators Forward

📅 Tuesday, July 28th (tomorrow!)

🕛 12-1 p.m. ET / 9-10 a.m. PT / 5-6 p.m. BST*

In our inaugural AI in Biopharma Communications Survey, managing agentic AI workflows emerged as the top AI capability communicators want to develop next. Our AI Roundtable has designed tomorrow's session to make that shift more applicable in real life.

Led by T2B AI Roundtable member Monica Aguilar, Chief AI Officer at DragonflyAI Consulting, and Skye King, Founder of Geode Lifeworks, this session will explore what agentic AI looks like in practice for comms teams working in highly regulated environments.

*Monica and Skye will stay on the Zoom for an extra half hour (1-1:30 p.m. ET) to answer additional audience questions. If your schedule permits, feel free to stay longer for this extended discussion.

What we'll discuss:

  • What agentic AI is, and how it differs from today's AI assistants
  • Where agentic AI can create value across communications workflows
  • Which parts of a workflow can be delegated, vs. where human judgment remains essential
  • Governance, oversight, and accountability when AI is handling multiple steps
  • A practical workflow mapping exercise you can apply to your own work

Whether you're experimenting with AI or starting to think about what's next, our goal with this session is to help our community better understand where agentic AI may responsibly extend your team's capabilities.

Thank you to Syneos Health Communications for supporting the AI Roundtable as our Knowledge Partner. This session is part of our regular T2B roundtable programming and is not a sponsored event.

Hope to see you tomorrow!

With competing priorities galore, more audiences than we communicators can count, and seemingly less and less time at hand, we must stay unequivocally focused on how to own the outcomes that will move hearts and minds. Read on to see how we're translating this into...

Hi! Applications for our first-ever Government & Public Affairs Roundtable close today (July 29th)! Chaired by Bret Coons, Head of Global Issues Communications at Takeda, the Government & Public Affairs Roundtable will bring together communicators working across government affairs, public affairs, corporate comms, market access, and related functions to explore how strategic engagement with policymakers, coalitions, and the public shapes market access, strengthens reputation, supports...

Hi! Ever since I can remember, the de facto comms announcement strategy has centered on company statements, press releases, media outreach, executive quotes, and corporate social channels. Those still matter. But increasingly, credibility also depends on who is speaking, where they are speaking, and whether the message feels like it is coming from a real person with expertise, judgment, and something meaningful to say. That could mean a CEO on LinkedIn, a scientist explaining the work in...
