Hi! We're seeking eight seasoned comms professionals to volunteer as Cohort Leads for our first 2026 cycle of T2B's Peer-Learning Practicum (PLP). Why our peer-coaching program mattersThe PLP goes beyond traditional networking. Unlike mentoring programs that struggle with imbalanced ratios and leave mid-level professionals in limbo (too junior to mentor, too senior to be mentored), our peer-coaching model has become a hallmark T2B offering. Why not learn from everyone? Members are thoughtfully placed into small cohorts where they build genuine connections that extend far beyond the program. I put serious TLC into each cohort's mix; it's one of my favorite parts of running this program! Program structure

If you want to help shape the future of biopharma comms and contribute to our profession's longevity, this is your chance.
Deadline: Wednesday, December 3rd When we opened applications last autumn, the caliber and quantity of candidates blew me away – we had more applicants than spots available, testament to this community's passion. Our next PLP cohorts will be lucky to have the exceptional standard of leadership that's become our hallmark. Program enrollment will open in January for T2B Pro and Student members. Thank you, and I can't wait to see who steps forward this time to be a Cohort Lead! Lynnea |
