Why this session is especially relevant

Ashley brings the lens of an executive coach, but she also spent years in HR before founding Own Your Worth®, including at Novartis. So, she understands the kind of pressure that can come with working inside our industry (e.g. shifting priorities, high-stakes decisions, resource constraints, the need to influence across complex orgs, etc.).

And for tomorrow’s session, she’s graciously tailored the conversation specifically around patterns with which many of us contend:

• Overworking because the work never really feels “done”
• Building influence and advocating for our own judgment without always having formal authority
• Operating as an n=1 team or in siloes, while still being expected to see around corners
• Keeping calm and steady amid an environment that is never the same from one moment to the next

Ashley also will introduce a practical framework for “fearing less and flowing more” that we can start applying right away.
