Peer Learning Practicum Cohort Lead applications open

Hi!

As we’re in the home stretch preparing for our big forum on Thursday, I’m reminded once again how important community is in our profession.

And speaking of community… it’s that time again! We’re looking for experienced biopharma communicators to volunteer as Cohort Leads for our next cycle of T2B's Peer-Learning Practicum (PLP).

The PLP has become one of my favorite T2B programs because over the last few sessions, I’ve seen it create connections that last long after the program itself. The program goes beyond traditional mentoring to create opportunities for everyone – junior, senior, or mid-level – to learn from one another. I put a lot of thought into each cohort mix!

We're looking for Cohort Leads who have:

• 10+ years of life science communications experience
• A passion for facilitating discussion and helping others connect
• An interest in bringing together professionals across different career stages, specialties, and geographies
• An active T2B Pro membership

As a Cohort Lead, you'll facilitate a monthly virtual discussion, help create an environment where members feel comfortable sharing experiences and asking questions, and play an important role in one of T2B's most valued programs.

T2B Pro members can apply to be a Cohort Lead through June 15th. Enrollment for PLP participants will open separately in July for T2B Pro and Student members.

Apply to be a Cohort Lead

Thank you for considering it. Every PLP cycle is shaped by the volunteers who step forward to lead, and I’m grateful for all of you who have volunteered already.

At T2B's Q2 Media Minds Roundtable event later this month, we'll hear from a group of journalists who have made that transition, and explore the implications for communicators, the media ecosystem, and our industry at large. From Newsroom to...

Hi! Just a few minutes ago at our Biopharma Comms Forum, T2B's AI Roundtable with Knowledge Partner Syneos Health Communications shared the findings of our inaugural AI in Biopharma Communications Survey. The biggest takeaway: While many of us are regularly using AI in our work, there's a huge lag in the tools, training, governance, measurement, and expectations needed to support that use confidently, responsibly, and sustainably. We invite you to peruse the full Survey Executive Summary. The...
