Q1 Media Minds Panel: Inside Washington

Hi!

Covering the new administration presents unending challenges for healthcare journalists.

They’re having to track shifting policies, regulatory changes, and industry priorities, alongside all of the other barriers that inherently come with being a reporter.

And they’ll no doubt be seeking the insights they require from trustworthy, authoritative biopharma stakeholders, like those represented by the T2B community.

So, our next media panel on Thursday, April 10th @ 1-2 p.m. ET, will explore the key questions reporters are asking, from drug pricing to the industry's role in public health and innovation.

As with all our Media Minds Roundtable events, this is exclusive to T2B Pro and Student members.

RSVP here.

Meet our panelists

We’re committed to seeking the most experienced speakers and panelists for all of our programming.

And this session, led by Lauren Gardner and Tina Reed, is no exception.

Lauren Gardner is an FDA reporter for POLITICO. She previously covered transportation and Canada-U.S. relations for the organization, where her reporting took her from the Gulf Coast to the boreal forest of Quebec.

Tina Reed is a health care editor at Axios, covering the intersection of business, tech, and policy-shaping in the industry. She was formerly the executive editor of Fierce Healthcare and covered health at the Washington Business Journal, the Capital Gazette, and The Ann Arbor News.

I’m really looking forward to moderating this very timely panel discussion, and hope to see many of you there!

Lynnea

P.S: Another date for your schedule is this Friday, April 11th, when applications close for our new IR Roundtable.

Hi! Last week, the T2B community tackled the topic of trust. In an intriguing and very candid Comm Convo led by speakers Kris Baum (former FDA, CDER), Mary Kosinski (FleishmanHillard), and Sarah Spencer (Vor Bio), we explored how the relationships we build shape our ability to lead, influence, and respond. With so many specific anecdotes and practical tips shared, it was hard to narrow down to just 10 key takeaways, but we managed it (barely!): Leverage science as your trust anchor. When...
