From Chaos to Calm: Navigating Uncertainty

This session (which is included in T2B Pro and Student memberships), will be led by executive coach The WeLab founder Heloisa Vila. She’ll work with us on how we can think differently re: the way we perceive change, and she’ll help us build resilience to it and provide tools to apply these new skills in our role.

By the end of this masterclass, we’ll:

• Understand the change process and your natural reactions to it.
• ​Identify personal reactions to change and explore resilience-building strategies.
• Think differently about how to adapt, lead, and thrive as communicators in the industry.

Heloisa takes a neuroscience-first approach and understands how the brain learns, unlearns, and reacts to change, and has put this knowledge into practice in high-pressure situations, having designed leadership programs for the FDA and the Obama administration.

So, she is the perfect candidate to help us navigate uncertainty together.
