Jodie brings plenty of experience to those questions. Her career has spanned startups, public companies, IPOs, M&A, and the difficult leadership decisions that come with each stage. Through The CEO Forum, she has also supported fellow executives navigating COVID, the SVB banking crisis, policy shifts, and capital-market pressures. She’s also unusually candid about the less visible parts of being a CEO, including the loneliness of the role, competing obligations to employees and investors, and the consequences that come with difficult decisions.
