Last Call for Peer-Coaching Enrollment!

Hi!

Enrollment closes tonight (July 20th) for the next cycle of T2B's Peer-Learning Practicum (PLP). If you've been meaning to join, this is your last chance before enrollment closes. The program will not reopen again until January 2027.

If you're a T2B Pro or Student member, you can still enroll by completing this short form to be placed in a cohort:

👉 Enroll here

Note: If you're currently a T2B Basic member, you'll need to upgrade to Pro before registering. All Pro and Student members are guaranteed a spot.

What the PLP offers

The Peer-Learning Practicum brings T2B members together in small, facilitated peer-coaching cohorts designed for candid, thoughtful conversation. It's built for communicators who want a trusted space to compare notes, work through challenges, and learn from peers across different roles, companies, and career stages.

Participants consistently tell us the same thing: the cohort becomes a space where they can show up honestly and talk about what's really happening in their work and careers.

Many of our cohorts fill with returning members who come back each cycle for a new group and new perspectives.

Meet this cycle's cohort leads

Each group is guided by an experienced communications leader who creates an inclusive, responsive environment:

  • Paulina Bucko — Servier Pharmaceuticals
  • Amanda Galgay — formerly Tango Therapeutics
  • Amanda Guisbond — Iambic
  • Ken Inchausti — CSL
  • Angelyn Lowe — Guidelight Advisors
  • Sarah Mena Guerrero — Sanofi
  • Amy Speak — Speak Life Science, LLC / Third Rock Ventures

What to do by tonight to enroll in a cohort

  • Upgrade to T2B Pro (if you're not already a member)
  • Enroll in the PLP (this is not a competitive application; all Pro and Student members are guaranteed a spot)
  • Get matched — I personally form cohorts based on background, career stage, and location

Repeat PLP members are welcome! If you've participated before, you're encouraged to re-enroll, and I'll place you in a new group.

Thanks!

Lynnea

Those still matter. But increasingly, credibility also depends on who is speaking, where they are speaking, and whether the message feels like it is coming from a real person with expertise, judgment, and something meaningful to say. That could mean a CEO on LinkedIn, a scientist explaining the work in...

Hi! Communicators often joke that we're unpaid therapists. Why? Because much of our work involves helping people navigate competing priorities, resistance to change, unclear objectives, and difficult conversations. Our job goes way, way beyond helping people communicate; we help people think through -- often serving as a guide through -- complex situations. Bringing that coaching mindset into our everyday communications work is the topic of our Q3 masterclass. The Coaching Mindset for...

Hi! Last week, we highlighted just how integrated AI has become in everyday biopharma work. But the second finding in our inaugural AI in Biopharma Communications survey raises a bigger question: What happens when individual communicators adopt AI faster than their organizations? Today we explore the contrast between the recent surge in individual AI use and the lag in mature governance, standardized workflows, and formal support at most organizations. Individual adoption is outpacing...
