Hi! Over the next several weeks, we'll be digging into the five key findings from the inaugural AI in Biopharma Communications Survey: ➊ AI is already part of core biopharma comms work ← This week's focus ○ Individuals are moving faster than organizations ○ Access, governance, and trust are uneven ○ The appetite is there, but support is thin ○ The next phase is professional evolution The beginnings of AI as a strategic thought partnerIn the open-ended responses, respondents described using AI to get past the blank page, compress research time, sharpen drafts, pressure-test ideas, and prepare more quickly for discussions. Several also described AI as a thought partner, sparring partner, or gut check. So, while AI may be most visible today in familiar comms tasks, many communicators are already seeing the potential to use it for stronger thinking, faster synthesis, and better preparation before bringing ideas to colleagues or leadership. Download the full survey executive summary here, and we'll be exploring more of the findings in the weeks ahead! Huge thanks to T2B's AI Roundtable and Knowledge Partner Syneos Health Communications for establishing this benchmark! Lynnea P.S. - We heard loud and clear via the survey that communicators want practical AI guidance, so our next AI Roundtable event on July 28th will focus on agentic AI and what responsible delegation looks like. That could mean a CEO on LinkedIn, a scientist explaining the work in...

Our job goes way, way beyond helping people communicate; we help people think through -- often serving as a guide through -- complex situations. Bringing that coaching mindset into our everyday communications work is the topic of our Q3 masterclass. The Coaching Mindset for...
